The Event Security & Staffing division at Lincoln Security Services is the most experienced and well trained in the event industry. With over 70 years of management experience, our executive team has spent most of their lives on the tradeshow floor, in the concert pit, at the festival grounds, and executing iron clad security programs. Our management team will walk you through every phase of planning security for your event until you have a plan that is full proof and meets your expectations. In the interest of keeping your security plan on track, you will be assigned a dedicated manager for the duration of your event as a 24 hour point of contact.

PLANNING

Once contracted with Lincoln, we get to work right away. With your event right around the corner, we will spend the time leading up to your event revising and propping up your security plan. This is a great time to learn about what makes your event unique and to inform us of any potential issues that we can anticipate on site. With an experienced Lincoln team member at your side, we will cover all of the bases together!

EXECUTION

Your event has arrived and it’s time to put all of our careful planning into action. With the help of your 24 hour Lincoln manager and frontline staff, you can rest assure that your event will be safe and enjoyable for all attendees. We will act as your event liaison to the in house facility security team and local authorities. Your Lincoln manager will remain in constant radio contact with you and your staff to keep you up to speed on any security related events during your event.

POST EVENT

When your event ends, our job does not. You will receive a detailed post event report with recommendations and notes from your event. This report will include areas for improvement, total cost savings or additions, incident reports, and the final invoice. In order to maintain consistency year after year, we will keep these records handy.
