Lincoln was founded in 2012 by Anthony Ramirez, a lifelong contract security veteran.

Anthony had grown increasingly frustrated with the state of the contract security industry and disillusioned with market leaders who regularly compromised their people and performance in pursuit of volume and profit.

At the same time, Anthony and his wife learned they were about to become parents to a special needs son who would require a lifetime of care.

Fueled by parental inspiration and professional frustration, he founded Lincoln to create a company that protects and strengthens its people, clients and communities at the highest level.

Lincoln has since become a premier boutique security service company, operating in over 30 primary and secondary markets across the country.
